The 35th Anniversary Dragon Ball, this year’s edition celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, denoting strength and luck, continued its fundraising for the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation’s Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, with the support of Downtown Fine Cars’ Helen Ching-Kircher, plus other major sponsors like Air Canada, and plenty of important politicians like Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow and potentially future Ontario Premier Bonnie Crombie. Along with the traditional Chinese dancers was a special Dragon Dance among the live entertainment throughout the elegant gala evening. The tasty dinner was preceded by a reception accompanied by Johnnie Walker Black Label cocktails which ultimately led to Johnnie Walker Blue Label libations to usher in the Lunar New Year of the Dragon.
